The driver arrived without a baby seat and his solution which he had come planned with was to put the baby strapped into his buggy in the back. We waited for our private transfer which arrived without a baby seat, despite me ringing the day before to confirm it would be included, to which the lady on the phone said it was. The return journey back to the airport was as bad. After an hour after getting out of arrivals, we were finally on our way despite giving Hoppa our flight details and arrival time. No apology, no interest from the staff on the desk, and we were not the only ones in this situation, there were other travellers stood around waiting too. We had to wait another 30 minutes in arrivals for our transfer, and when it did come it was simply a taxi that they had subsequently booked for us. 20 minutes and also that the booking had no baby car seat included, despite this being clearly written on the cooking confirmation we handed to the woman on the Palma Coach desk that we had received from Hoppa.

Arriving at the desk we were told to expect a wait of approx. We waited over half an hour and were led out to the car park to find we were in two taxis rather than the mini bus I had booked, this led to only one of the parents being unable to travel in the taxi with the children which was not ideal. With little or no choice we paid the additional money and thought we would get what we'd paid for big mistake. The young lady was quite rude and said if I didn't pay I got no transfer. When we eventually reached the desk I was told I had to pay for 2 car seats whereupon I produced my paper work which clearly stated I had already paid for them. It was utter chaos people had been waiting over 45 mins for their transfers. On arrival at Palma airport had to stand in a long queue as only one girl was dealing with private transfers while two girls sat twiddling their thumbs. Before we left England promised emails and return phone calls never happened and had to ask to speak to management. Booked private transfer with resort Hoppa which was a big mistake.
